I wanted to see what you guys think on my form here. My max is 550, but lately I have not been close to that. Im wearing a single ply trx, which I compete in. The straps are down but as soon as the straps come up, I feel like I cant get into a good position. Any advice will be appreciated! Video is below!
You aren’t wedging well. I’d bet that from a side angle you’d see that you don’t have a good arch. You need to get your chest/shoulders up higher and pull the slack out of the bar.
You can kind of get away with it with the straps down. But once the straps are up and your in a bad position, the suit is only going to exaggerate the issue. Fix it raw first and the suites stuff will follow.
