- Anybody have a suggestion when it comes to the shirt? I’m currently using the single ply Metal “M” shirt. I have about one “good” rep per session and the rest goes down the drain.

Your dumping the bar low for one, you’re out of the groove.
Consider moving your feet out with your set-up too. I compare and contrast the two bench set-ups pretty good in my book as well as the lifting cues, you’re loose in the bottom and need better hip drive. Â Â https://www.powerrackstrength.com/product/1020life-secondedition/
