Ultimately, it will come down to preference. The black is stiffer, which some people like. The navy blue is stretchier, which I personally prefer as I find it easier to touch in. Both variations are great options, just depends on what kind of shirt you like.
As for size, 62-64 is much too big. I compete at about 250 body weight and wear a 54 with pinched sleeves (54 chest, 52 sleeve) in the navy material. I am going to try a straight up 52 next.
I’d like for Brian and/or Byrd to weigh in on sizing as they have much more experience than me in these shirts and will be able to give you some good perspective. I think you’d be swimming in a 62-64.
