Does anyone on your team use grid stitching on your Predator briefs? If so, what is the benefit?
I think all of us wearing predator briefs have them grid stitched.
The brief will likely last longer, it will be stiffer/stretch less (read-more carry over).
My Fusion deadlift suit is grid stitched too. It’s much stiffer than the non-grid stitched one I tried before.
Yep, we all do! we love it. Grid anything in the PGX material – the rage, the preds, fusion, trex etc.
Grid stitch is way to go. Stiffer and more stopping power.
A word of advice: depending on your leverages and lifting experience, this -could- potentially be too radical for some. If you have long arms, shallow chest and big ROM on the bench, this may be too much. It also depends on how much lift.
Same with the squat, long legs, it could potentially hurt you and not allow you to get where you need to be, bind you up.
We suggest it at our level, but not all will need this much support. I suggest if you are new, try without it at first. Then escalate from there.
