A word of advice: depending on your leverages and lifting experience, this -could- potentially be too radical for some. If you have long arms, shallow chest and big ROM on the bench, this may be too much. It also depends on how much lift.
Same with the squat, long legs, it could potentially hurt you and not allow you to get where you need to be, bind you up.
We suggest it at our level, but not all will need this much support. I suggest if you are new, try without it at first. Then escalate from there.
