Chains and Bands are heavily looked at in 10/20/L, my gym isn’t equipped with them and I dont own any at this time. The closest thing to anything I have is a slingshot. Does anything change for the pre-contest or just run it as is without the bands/chains? Also is there a spot for a slingshot anywhere in 10/20/L?
You dont “need” bands of chains for any of the cycles. They can be programmed in, but most of mine and my clients training doesnt incline either one. As far as a slingshot goes, you can work it in on occasions. Check out Clint Smith’s most recent article on how we worked in the slingshot with his training.
