Brandon is after a 600 raw squat, 600 raw Deadlift and a sub-6min mile. Keep in mind, Brandon is 220lb and a very good Multi-ply powerlifter who is NOT an endurance athlete. The great Harry Selkow brought the challenge to Brandon, that very few people on the planet can actually even consider accomplishing.
We will keep you up to date on Brandon’s progress!
