I’m looking at switching from metal to inzer gear, what are your recommendations for single ply gear and is the sizing going to be the same as metal?

I really like the TRX suit, I think you will have a lot of success in it. As far as size, that is something you will need to contact inzer directly with. You cant go wrong with the black beauties or gripper knee wraps.

Jonathan Byrd is a competitive powerlifter, with over 16 years of training experience. Byrd has been ranked nationally for the past 6 years under multiple categories. His total has ranked as high as second nationally in the 275 class. He currently has a best total of 2500lbs. Best individual lifts include a 1040lb squat, a 750lb bench press, and 735lb deadlift. I personally am in multiply gear, but I have had 3 people in our gym use the Rage X and do great with it. And 100% the Fusion DL. You can’t go wrong with it. As far as sizing goes, there are sizing charts that work perfectly right on the inzer site. Note that sizing across different items from inzer vary, so make sure you are sizing off the right chart. Example: briefs measure one size larger than fusion. So make sure you pay attention. Sizing charts are in the link below.

Sabrina is owner/operator of Catalyst Training Center in Grand Rapids, MI. She graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2011 with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Health-Fitness Instruction and has been working as a personal trainer since 2010.
