12 weeks out from Relentless Detroit. Transitioning in pre-contest training now and starting to turn it up a little bit.
Week 13 is missing from my log, it was a complete waste anyways. I spent most of the week sick with some kind of sinus infection and couldn't really breathe. I trained a little bit but not even worth writing it up. No worries, it was a planned deload anyways. I feel very good now, strong and light. After the APF meet in July I wanted to drop a little fluff. Went from as high as 254 and am now waking up in the high 230s. In a couple weeks I will bump my calories back up and start moving back towards 250.
