Hamstring Rehab, Strength Work, and Physique Goals
Lately, I’ve been in the thick of rebuilding — not just strength, but overall function and fitness. Between working through a nagging hamstring and adductor issue, bouncing back from a few outpatient procedures, and managing the daily grind of life, it’s been a full plate. The key theme right now is simple: get back under the bar, stay consistent, and make progress one small step at a time.
Getting Back Under the Bar
Rehab isn’t glamorous, but it’s essential. I’ve been doing light squats focused on restoring my hamstring and adductor health, pairing that with plenty of isometric work to build stability and tissue integrity. On the upper body side, I’m easing back into the floor press — this time with a little twist. I’ve added an isometric adductor squeeze while pressing to reinforce full-body tension and connection.
It’s been a process of working around the edges, especially after having a synovial cyst removed from my wrist about a month and a half ago. The good news is the healing’s gone well, and I’m finally able to start loading that wrist again.
Rejuvenation with Chris Duffin
I’ve been working closely with Chris Duffin on a rejuvenation and rebuilding plan. This includes the KLOW protocol — a fantastic system for joint health, coordination, and durability — as well as the integration of a few key peptides. I’ll share more details soon, but for now, I can say that these have played a major role in recovery and connective tissue health.
That said, it’s worth mentioning that BPC-157 and TB-500, while highly effective, are not FDA-approved in the United States. Many wellness clinics offer “approved” versions, but they’re often watered-down substitutes — the same way a legal “testosterone booster” can’t compare to real testosterone. I’ve chosen to work directly with Chris to ensure quality and effectiveness. Everyone should make their own informed medical decisions, but I believe strongly in using the best tools available for recovery.

Building Back Strength and Capacity
My focus right now is on re-establishing strength, dropping body fat, and improving overall fitness. That means plenty of squatting, benching, pull-ups, and capacity work — all tailored around smart recovery and progressive loading. I’m still training hard, but I’m doing it with intent and precision instead of ego.
As I continue this rebuilding phase, I’m also staying busy coaching lifters from all over the world. Helping others train smarter, stay healthy, and reach their goals remains one of my biggest passions.
From here, it’s about slow, steady progression — pressing strength, squat depth, and physique development all moving in the right direction. There’s more to come as I document this next stage of training, including deeper insights into the recovery tools and methods I’m using.
